Tereza recorded a Croatian version of Anna Oxa's "È tutto un attimo" from 1986 as "Za jedan tren" & Tony Dallara's "Non potrei dimenticarti" from 1964 as "Ne trazi da ne znam tko si".

She also covered non-Sanremo-entries from Milva in Croatian and from Claudio Baglioni & Al Bano in French.

Her hit "Nono, moj dobri nono" from 1969 was sung in Italian by Claudio Villa as "Il tuo mondo".

She participated twice in the Eurovision Song Contest. In 1966 for Monaco & in 1972 for her home country Yugoslavia with "Muzika i ti".

Anneli Saaristo covered Spagna's "E io penso a te" from Sanremo 1996 in Finnish as "Yöt ilman sua".
She also sung Andrea Bocelli's "Con te partirò" from 1995 in Finnish as "Tämä yö".
Apart from these Sanremo songs, she also made a Finnish version of Renato Zero's "I migliori anni della nostra vita".
This song was not only covered by Mina as well, but also in Dutch by Gordon and in Spanish by Marta Sánchez (which is my favourite version of them all).

MIJARES covers Sanremo-entries in Spanish

Mexican singer Manuel Mijares not only participated himself in Sanremo 1990 (singing the Spanish version of Mia Martini's "La nevicata del '56" called "La nevada") - he also covered Lena Biolcati's "Amori" from 1990 as "Amor", Massimo Di Cataldo's "Se adesso te ne vai" from 1996 as "Si ahora te me vas", the winning entry from 1985 "Se m'innamoro" from Ricchi e Poveri as "Si me enamoro" & "Per amore" written and later also performed by Mariella Nava, which was a hit for Andrea Bocelli, but for the first time performed in Sanremo 1995 by Flavia Astolfi.

He also recorded Spanish versions of songs orginally done by Gianni Morandi, Zucchero, Fiordaliso & Nino Buonocore.

Following the link above you can see Marcella Bella singing "Dopo la tempesta", which came 4th in Sanremo in 1988 (although she was seriously ill at this moment).

Marcella first went to Sanremo in 1972 with one of her biggest hits "Montagne verdi", returned in 1981 with "Pensa per te", came 3rd in 1986 with "Senza un briciolo di testa". In 1987 she came 6th with "Tanti auguri".
After 1988 she returned twice with her brother Gianni (in 1990 with "Verso l'ignoto" & in 2007 with "Forever per sempre") and solo in 2005 with "Uomo bastardo".

NINO DE ANGELO covers Sanremo entries

Nino de Angelo (not to be confused with Napolitan singer Nino d'Angelo) is half Italian & half German. In 2004 he released the album "Un momento italiano" where he covers (in Italian) a lot of Italian music classics. It includes also 4 Sanremo entries:
Riccardo Fogli's winning song from 1982 "Storie di tutti i giorni",
"Maledetta primavera" which came 2nd in 1981 with Loretta Goggi, Toto Cutugno's winning song from 1980 "Solo noi" & "Su di noi" from Pupo which came 3rd in 1980.
This album also contains songs from Claudio Baglioni, Adriano Celentano & Alan Sorrenti.
Nino also covers on this cd Italy's Eurovision entry from 1987 "Gente di mare" which came 3rd with Umberto Tozzi & Raf.
Nino himself entered Eurovision in 1989 for Germany.
On other albums he also does Italian coverversions of songs originally done by Drupi & Lucio Battisti.
Nino also covered other Italian songs in German, like Marcella Bella's "Canto straniero", as well as songs by Biagio Antonacci & Sandro Giacobbe.
Concerning Sanremo entries he also recorded a German version of Spagna's "Gente come noi" which came 3rd in 1995 as "Nimm mich wie ich bin".

Lena Biolcati won the newcomers festival "Castrocaro" in 1984.
In 1985 she came 3rd in Sanremo (newcomers) with only 2 points after the winner. But she won this competition in 1986 with "Grande, grande amore". You can see this song following the link.
She also won in 1985 the "Tokio World Popular Song Festival" & in 1986 "Un disco per l'estate".
She returned to Sanremo (as a "Big" this time) in 1987 & 1990.

Belgian singer Niels William released at the end of 1995 a Flemish version of "Le ragazze", the winning entry in the 1995 Sanremo newcomers section by Neri per Caso.
This single was in 1996 included on his album "Postbus 46" where he covers also songs (non-Sanremo-entries) from Danilo Amerio & Maurizio Lauzi.
